Ginger Hall has worked exclusively in health care public relations for 15 years. Applying a combined background in communications and art, she’s helped foster a more collaborative relationship between industry, patients, physicians and media, and an improved understanding of the ways in which pharmaceutical and biotech companies are working to protect public health.
Prior to founding a consulting business in 2006, Ginger worked for 10 years at MCS Healthcare Public Relations, an award-winning health care PR agency in Bedminster, NJ, which has exclusively serviced pharmaceutical and biotech clients in the U.S. and globally for more than two decades. During her tenure at the company, Ginger advanced from an entry-level position to Vice President of the agency, where she was a member of the MCS Executive Committee and responsible for new business development, high-profile accounts, senior strategic counsel and national media relations.
Working across diverse therapeutic areas and product categories, Ginger has led the coordination of U.S. and global press conferences, FDA communications programs, product approvals and launches, and public education initiatives focused on oncology, neurology, cardiology, infectious diseases, autoimmune disorders, and women’s health. She has worked extensively with patient and physician organizations across the country and played a leadership role in the design and launch of numerous PR programs for clients including Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Genentech, Guilford, ImClone, Immunex, Pharmacia, Pfizer, Schering-Plough and ViroPharma.
Prior to joining MCS, Ginger worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb, assisting in public relations support of corporate and product communications programs. She also worked in the corporate communications department at Total Research Corporation, a market research firm in Princeton, New Jersey. She graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in communication studies from The College of New Jersey.
